Passman Group
We are proud to present the different companies that make up our group. Each of them brings unique expertise and contributes to our mission of providing innovative, high-quality connected solutions to our customers.
Through these strategic acquisitions, we have strengthened our market position and expanded our service offering to better meet your needs.
In 2019, Passman acquired Screen Services, a Brussels-based company specialising in connected solutions for hospitality facilities in the Benelux.
In 2021, Passman acquired Taktik, a Belgian company specialising in the design of IPTV solutions and connected screens.
This Marseille-based company joined Passman in 2023. It develops gateways between connected solutions and PMS/HIS for the hotel and healthcare sectors.
In 2024, Osmozis, a specialist in WiFi networks and connected services for campsites and holiday villages, joined the Passman Group.
In 2023, Camping Connect, a provider of WiFi solutions for the leisure industry founded in the UK in 2011, became part of Osmozis, joining the Passman Group.
